Transport Logistics Limited (TLL) was incorporated on April 8, 1998.  TLL formed part of the Vision of the CEO, Mr. Roger Hinds to provide a full line of integrated services.  TLL provides logistics services to businesses and individuals.  This involves the preparation of customs documents and/or electronic submissions, the calculation (and usually the payment) on behalf of the client of taxes, duties and excises, and facilitating communication with importer/exporter, the ports, truckers and governmental authorities.

Transport Logistics Limited with a staff complement of six (6) members, provides the following services to our customers: custom clearance, tracking shipping, stripping and stuffing containers, arranging transshipment or local delivery of cleared merchandise through Marine Haulage Limited.

The vision of TLL is to exceed the customers’ expectation at all times, by consistency providing and delivering service at a high standard.

Did you know??? In order for Transport Logistics to represent the importer of record and transact customs business on their behalf, a Customs Power of Attorney (C73 form) must be completed.

Meet Simone Chamberlain, the Manager of Transport Logistics.  Miss Chamberlain joined Transocean Shipping in 1994 on a part time basis while pursuing studies at the University of Technology.  In July 1, 1996 she was employed on a permanent basis in the capacity of Accounting Clerk. On June 1, 2000, she was  promoted to the position of Line Coordinator for the Cuban Services.  In November 2001 she acted in the position  of Supervisor for the export Division and in January 2002 was promoted to the position of Documentation/Customer Service Manager.  In May  2002 Miss Chamberlain was promoted to the position of Manager, Transport Logistics.

Miss Chamberlain pursed tertiary level training at UTECH in Business Administration, MIND in Custom Brokerage  and CMI in Shipping Logistics.  While at CMI she served as President of the CMI Student Governance for which she received commendation in 2001 for her performance.  While at CMI, She was also selected as the Most Outstanding Student for the school year 2001-2002.  Miss Chamberlain currently sits on the Board of the CBFFAJ in the capacity of Assistant Secretary.  Miss Chamberlain is also a Licenced Custom Broker.
